This stunning Moon Pendant was carved by Haida artist Andrew Williams. It has been carved from argillite and set into a sterling silver setting. The pendant is adorned with 40 intricate inlays of abalone surrounding the moon and in the eyes, and 6 inlays of ivory for the teeth.

The Moon Symbol is the protector and guardian of the earth. Its spirit watches over us and can change our moods.
